Draft law on leasing passed by council of ministers was to allow all small and medium-sized enterprise or SMEs to lease equipment to business, which is not affordable to collateral needed to borrow loan to buy equipments and materials.
Entrepreneurs would be able to lease materials and equipments directly from commercial banks or leasing firms after the draft law was approved by the parliament.
The law would be financial leasing that helps SMEs have access to the means of production, machinery, movable assets. It is a long-term contract between the lessee and the lesser to develop their business. And the leased equipment still belongs to the leasing institution.
